Cemetery stone transcription for this Nathan Guth, done for Jordan Reformed Church in 1970 by Leonard Shupp in "Transcription of Cemetery Memorial Stones, "Old Cemetery" Jordan UCC, Walbert's, PA" on page 7 reads: "In memory of Nathan Guth, born 19 May 1811, died 20 April 1852, 40 Yrs, 11 months and 1 day. - In German, set low in concrete."

Nathan Guth was born on March 17, 1810 and was baptized at the Jordan Reformed Church in South Whitehall on May 12, 1810 (Sponsers Mary Guth and Elisabeth [Loubzim??]. Source: Jordan Reformed Church actual baptism record on page 186). Cemetery stone transcription from 1970 done by Leonard E Shupp for the church on page 15 reads as follows: "A remembrance for Nathan Guth Born 17 March 1810; Died 12 May 1850. - In German, set deep in concrete."
