Warren Tribune Feb 1, 1928 Chester W. Briggs was removed to Warren General Hospital Tuesday night in the Lutz Ambulance from the home of Mr and Mrs John Clark, 250 Pennsylvania Ave west. He is suffering from pneumonia.

Chester Briggs, 27, son of Mr. and Mrs. Allan Briggs of Russell died at the Warren General Hospital last evening at 7:35 o'clock. Besides the parents, he is survived by two sisters, Gertrude Knupp of Warren and Mrs. Ida Kingsley of Russell; and seven brothers, Clarence and J.C. of Warren; George of Cleveland, Ohio; Marion, Arthur and Jerry of Russell, and Merlin of Cascade, N.Y.
