Sat., Dec. 12 (3-2) Died yesterday, Capt. Charles M. Harvey, aged 33. Born near Elgin, Ill. Entered Union Army in 1861; company commander of 36th Illinois Cav. To Texas Aug. 1870. Married Clara, only daughter of Col. N. H. Conger, Dec. 25, 1871. Died of consumption.

Sat., Dec. 12 (3-1): Funeral of late Capt. Charles M. Harvey today from the residence of H. C. Fallon.
