Grethen enjoyed an active and full life. She was a member of various clubs, enjoyed playing Bridge and reading. She was a caring person who worked with many volunteer organizations. She approached her life with enthusiasm and had a sense of adventure, traveling to many destinations along the way.
She is predeceased by her husband, Christian Arnold Bendixen (2000).
Grethen will be dearly missed by her loving family which includes her brother, Knut Eide and her sister, Bergliot Ringdal both of Oslo, Norway. She will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside memorial service on Monday (Aug. 6th) at 1 PM in the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery, Cape May Court House.
