Mrs. Anna Inman, 88 of 1218 Exchange street, died yesterday at 4:45 P.M. in her home. She had been in failing health for several months and seriously ill for the past week.

Among the survivors are seven children, 31 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Born December 26, 1866 in Farmington, Ia., she spent most of her life in Keokuk.

She married Harry Inman, December 15, 1888 in Keokuk. She wasw a member of the First Baptist church Mrs. Forney's Sunday School class.

Preceding her in death were her husband, a brother, Clyde and a daughter, Garnet.

Surviving are four sons, John C. Inman of Augusta, Ill.; Clyde I, Roy A., and Henry of Keokuk; three daughters, Mrs. Earl (Etta) Varner, of Keokuk, Mrs. Virgil (Hazel) Varner of donnellson, and Mrs. William (Violet) Biddenstadt of Keokuk; a sister, Mrs. Sarah Turner of Kearney, Neb.; the 100 descendants mentioned above, and several nieces and nephews.

The body is at the De Jong Funeral Home and funeral service will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at the First Baptist church with burial in Oakland Cemetery.
