She was born in Marion to the late Chester and Florence (Coon) Marley and lived there all of her life. She married Kenneth L. on Aug. 19, 1950. He survives. She was a homemaker and an avid Elvis Presley fan and a member of several Elvis Presley fan clubs.
Mrs. Boles was a member of the Northeast Church of God.
Also surviving are three daughters, Marilyn, Marion, Debbie (David) Holloway, Marion, Marlinda (Van) Moore, Van Buren; a son, Robert M., Marion; a special son, Hommand (Rachel) Bahrami, Muncie; seven grandchildren, Jamie (Ken) Nuenemaker, Muncie, Shane Cox, Marion, Daniel (Diana) Holloway, North Dakota, Arthur Aaron (Melissa) Cox Sr., Decatur, Robert M. II, Marion, Jason and Zachary, both of Marion; a great-grandchild, Arthur Aaron Cox Jr., Decatur; a brother, Donald Marley, Marion; and a sister, Loretta Snyder, Marion.
She also was preceded in death by a sister, Madeline Farthing.
