She died at her home "Litchfield" near Brown's Store and was buried in the Cemetery at "Easton", the home of the late Edwin Broun.

Mr. Bascom Broun of Portsmouth VA
and Tom Lee Broun of Richmond,
also one brother Col. T. J. Downing of Lancaster
and two sisters,
Mrs. W. M. Pinckard of Lancaster
Mrs. Robert S. Jett of Baltimore.
