Dora Dean Mulvaney Kramer, 71, of Decatur, IL, was born on June 9, 1930 in Bement, Il, daughter of Charles and Edna Cox Mulvaney. She spent her youth on farms near Bement and Kinmundy, IL. Her mother died when she was two years old, her grandmother died when she was 13 and her father when she was 16. She left high school and went to work in Decatur, living with 'Mamaw', Mrs. Fred O. Hale. She married LaVerne Virgil Kramer on June 10, 1951 in Decatur. She was a homemaker and volunteer docent at the North Fork Art Center. She died at 12:15 Saturday, December 1, 2001 in Manor Care Health Services home. Services by Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Homes, burial at Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, IL.
