Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at The Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Clearfield, for Adaline J. Brion, 85, of West Pine Street, Clearfield, and most recently of Knickerbocker Villa, Clearfield, who died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2001, at Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.
Rev. Thomas E. Darr will officiate. Interment will be at Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home today from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the hour of services.
Born March 6, 1916, in Lawrence Township, she was a daughter of Harry and Ada (Spackman) Aughenbaugh.
Mrs. Brion was a homemaker. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Clearfield.
She was a member of the Golden Bison Alumni Association.
Mrs. Brion is survived by a daughter, Catherine B. Frick and her husband, Gary, of Charlotte Hall, Md.; a brother, Lex A. Aughenbaugh of Dunedin, Fla.; and several nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Frederick L. "Ted" Brion; and two brothers, Conrad B. and Donald H. Aughenbaugh.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. John Lutheran Church, 217 E. Pine St., Clearfield, Pa. 16830.
