Services will be at 2 p.m. in First Baptist Church Guymon, Okla., with Ron Wilson, pastor of the First Christian Church of Elkhart, Kan., and Rev. Ted Latham of First Baptist Church in Perryton, officiating. Burial will be in Willowbar Cemetery in Keyes, Oklahoma by Henson-Novak Funeral Directors of Guymon, Okla.
Mr. Livingston was born in Guymon. He was reared in Keyes and graduated from Keyes High School in 1955. He married Peggy Sue Eyestone in 1956. He served in the Air Force and had worked for Southwestern Public Services Co. for 11 years.
He married Kay French in Cuchara, Colo. In 1974 he moved to Perryton and retired from the Texas-New Mexico Power Co. in 1994.
Mr. Livingston was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include his wife, Kay Livingston; three daughters, Janine Stikeleather of River Oaks, Kayleen Way of Longview and Anita Thornburg of Guymon; four sons, Gary Livingston of Garden City, Kan., Brad Livingston of Elkhart, Brian Livingston of Rowlett and Fred Perry Jr. of Stephenville; a sister, Carol Hanes of Red Oak; 20 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
The family suggests memorials be to the American Cancer Society. Memorials will be accepted at the funeral home.
The family will be at 807 N. James in Guymon.
