Elizabeth Adams, 75, of Iowa Park, passed away Friday, July 27, 2012.
The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 30, 2012 in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hope Cemetery in Henrietta under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Elizabeth was born May 7, 1937 in Matador, Texas to the late Raymond Paul and Hazel Murle (Dodson) Bradley. She retired from Floral Heights Café after 23 years. She was a founding member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles #4128, and was an avid worker of cross-word puzzles. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Adams; and her grandson, Matthew Cobb.
She is survived by her children, Marvin Wayne Adams, Cynthia Renee Adams, and Chyrle Denese Cobb and husband Larry all of Wichita Falls; her brother, Billy Bradley of Odessa; companion, Bert McClary of Iowa Park; and her granddaughter, Kathrine Marie Nouel of Wichita Falls.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4909 Johnson Rd., Wichita Falls, TX 76310.
