Amy E. Gilgan, 96, of Bellingham, died Friday in a local hospital. Born June 8, 1886, in Idaho, she had been a local resident most of her life. She was a 50-year member of Order of the Eastern Star, Ruth Chapter, Blaine. She attended Unity Church of Truth.
Survivors include a sister, Eleanor Esary, of Bellingham. Family services were held Monday. Cremation followed at Jerns-LeVeck Funeral Chapel and Crematorium.
