EDNA F. BEGALKE
Begalke, Edna F. (Nee Koehler) Passed away on September 3, 2011, at the age
of 91. She was born October 16, 1919, in the Town of Carlton, Kewaunee County,
WI, to William and Emma (nee Heider) Koehler. She lived in Milwaukee and
Brookfield before retiring to Arkansas with her husband. A few years after
his death she returned to Wisconsin and resided in Menomonee Falls. Preceded
in death by her husband August Begalke, her brother Elmer (Laverne) Koehler,
and her daughter-in-law Louise Begalke.
She is survived by her son Edward, granddaughters Trish Begalke-Proell and Jen
(Eric) Wolf, and great-grandchildren Katie, Luke, Eren and Trystan. Further
survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation Friday, Sept. 9, at the Funeral Home from 4PM until time of Funeral
Service at 6PM. A private burial will be held at a later date in Manitowoc,
WI.
The family would like to thank the staff at Horizon Hospice at St. Mary's
Hospital-Ozaukee for their compassionate care and assistance to Edna and her
family. Edna's spunkiness will be missed.
