Mrs. Frederick Beckmann, 75, nee Pauline Fischer, of 1030 North Fourth street,
Kiel, died early Friday following a week's illness. Mrs. Beckmann was born in
Mosel, Sheboygan county, in 1867 and was marred to Mr. Beckmann. They located
on a farm in Centerville and in 1927 moved to Kiel.
She is survived by the widower; three sons, Walter of Colby, Wis., Raymond
and Roland of Kiel; four brothers, George, Oscar and Walter of Arcadia, Calif.,
Charles of School Hill; three sisters, Mrs. Theodore Hake, of Colby, Mrs. Hugo
Knorr, of Madison, Miss Clara Fischer of Arcadia; seven grandchildren and one
great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. from the Meiselwitz funeral home
in Kiel and at 1:30 from the Trinity Lutheran church. Burial will be in Evergreen
cemetery in this city.
