FARIBAULT - Beverly C. Kral, age 81, of Faribault, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007, at the St. Lucas Care Center in Faribault.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Jan.31, 2007, at 11 a.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault, with Rev. Andrew Ritchie, Trinity Lutheran Church, Faribault, officiating. Interment will be at the Meadow Ridge Memorial Park in Faribault.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday for one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Beverly Colleen Nessert, the daughter of John T. and Olga (Sandvold) Nessert, was born on Oct. 11, 1925, in Northwood, Iowa. She graduated from Northwood High School with the class of 1944. She was united in marriage to Martin Kral. He preceded her in death in December of 1985. Beverly worked as a welder at American Gas Co. in Albert Lea before moving to Faribault with her husband in the 1940s. She was a homemaker for much of her life and also worked as a waitress at the Maid Rite. She also worked for the Turkey Plant and the Faribault Regional Center. She had retired from the Regional Center and was at one time president of their Union.
She survived by three children, Kathleen A. Reuvers of Glen Ellyn, Ill., Karen Viar of Phoenix, Ariz., and David M. Kral (and Meghan Brown) of Faribault; two grandsons, Joseph M. Kral of Minneapolis and Jayden Kral of Faribault; brother, Lincoln Nesset of Pinellas Park, Fla.; two sisters, Betty Perkins and Kathryn Olson, both of Albert Lea; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two sons, Martin Steven Kral and Larry Wayne Kral; sister, Lorraine Tverberg; and brother, Orville Nesset.
