Funeral services for Fred H. Bach, 65, who died Wednesday evening, June 26th, in his home in Osco township following a heart attack, were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 29th. in the Sweeny chapel with Rev. Hilmer Peterson, of East Moline, officiating,. Burial was in Morristown cemetery. Pallbearers were Fred Rahmus, Albert Sherman, Herbert Rahn, Phil Wildermuth, John Holke, and Charles Enroth. Mr. Bach was born February 9, 1881, in Osco township, son of Fred and Bertha Bach. He was a member of the Four Square Gospel church of Moline. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Lizzie Schmoll of Geneseo, and a foster-sister, Mrs. Cora Harker of East Moline. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Theodore, a twin sister in infancy and three other sisters, Mrs. Anna Wagle, Mrs. Minnie Miller, and Mary Bach.
