Lawrence Henry Clark, 45, son of Henry S and Mary Bretz Clark, and Laura Ellen Ettien, 23, daughter of Henry Casle and Addie Matilda White Ettien, were married June 8, 1930, in Royalton, Dauphin Co, PA. Henry states his prior wife died June 2, 1927.

Laura Ellen Clark, 75, 99 B St., Carlisle, died Wednesday in Jacksonville, Fla.
She was a lifelong Carlisle resident and was retired from Dickinson College.
Surviving are nine daughters, Dorothy Hoover, Frances Ronan, and Beverly Starner, Carlisle, Gertrude Nelan, Hulcolmb, N.Y., Zeida Bosque, Jacksonville, Fla., Ruth Haskins, St. Augustine, Fla., Katheryn Lookenbill, Bainbridge, Mildred Fallinger and Dixie Kane, Royalton; three sons, Charles and Donald Clark, Carlisle and Paul Clark, Boiling Springs; a brother Lee Ettien, New Jersey, 47 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., with the Rev. Russell Marcus officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 10 a.m. until time for services.
