Albert "Johnny" Peck, 55, of 2102 E. Trinity died Thursday night at a local hospital following a sudden illness.
Formerly of Dallas, Mr. Peck had been a resident of Victoria Since 1974. He was born in Louise and was employed by Ann Arbor Upholstery.
Funeral arrangements were pending at Colonial Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by his parents Albert Joseph and Bessie Merek Peck.
Mr. Peck is survived by his wife, Carolyn Scalf Peck of Victoria; a daughter, Mrs. Cynthia Ferguson of Duncanville; a son, Gregory Peck of Irving; two sisters, Mrs. Edith LoPresto of Lake Worth, Texas, and Mrs. Evelyn Fountain of Princeton, Texas; and a brother, Elgin Peck of Greenville, Texas.

Dr. David Slover will officiate.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Colonial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Leon Walton, Cecil Hill, Dean Chilcoat, Charles Rippamonti, John and Troy Ferguson and Wilford Tate.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of his Sunday class at First Baptist Church.
