She was born February 9, 1919, in Pittsburg, Kansas to Isaac Collins and Elizabeth Pease Sherman.
She and her husband co-owned a camera store for more than 47 years and was a member of the Lovely Purchase Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
She was survived by her husband of 72 years, Oscar Alphus Ball; a daughter, Marsha Ball of Bella Vista; a sister.
