MRS. HELEN A. BOYLAN

The funeral of Mrs. Helen A. Boylan, whose death occurred June 2, was held at Elberton yesterday Rev. Solon McConkey of Garfield officiating. The deceased was born in New York in 1847, and when a child moved with her parents to Wisconsin, where she was united in marriage later with James Dunning.

After residing here a few years they removed to Minnesota, where they remained for 21 years and then went to Kansas, where Mr. Dunning died. Mrs. Dunning came to Washington and after being here for a short time she was united in marriage with Thomas Boylan, who, with five daughters and three sons, survive her.

Her children are: G. H. Dunning and J. W. Dunning, Elberton; C. M. Dunning, Stockton, Kan.; Mrs. S. A. Badin, Mrs. G. B. Brown, Elberton; Mrs. H. H. Gleason, Orofino, Idaho; Mrs. Lavina Stiles, Colfax; and Mrs. P. S. Paige, Pullman. They were all with her at the time of her death except Mrs. Gleason and C. M. Dunning.

Please note: I am fully aware of all spouses associated with my grandmother. Do not send me edits and when they are not approved attempt to backdoor your edits. My grandmother is descendant of early NY families and believed to be a Mayflower descendant. She has been "sealed" in marriage to the spouse who was not the father of her children, which is supposedly not allowed by non-descendants and not appreciated by those of us who are. Please respect my wishes, as a direct descendant and do not send me typical F-A-G snark and demands. I have reached my saturation point with non-relatives and "grave counters" disrespecting my family, specifically this grandmother.
