MARY BARNESON
Mrs. Mary Barneson, 85, formerly of 1316 S. 13th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday
afternoon at St. Mary Home, Manitowoc, where she had resided since September of
last year.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc,
with the Rev. Paul H. Blaufuss officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
The former Mary Thomlitz was born at Mishicot, Dec. 7, 1873, daughter of the late
Ehrenfried and Sophia Goy Thomlitz. The lifetime Manitowoc County resident was
married to John A. Barneson Dec. 19, 1891. He died Sept. 17, 1958.
Surviving Mrs. Barneson are a daughter, Mrs. Ava Mohr of Stevens Point; a son,
Harry A. Barneson of Manitowoc, eight grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
