Mr. Alfred Eugene Gray Sr., 71, of Route, 3, Harlem, Georgia, entered into rest Thursday, June 23, 1983, at a Richmond County hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Augusta with the Revs. Lester Clark and J. Earl Rackley officiating. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Memorial Park, Augusta, with full military honors. Mr. Gray was a native of Georgia and a retired security guard at Lenwood Hospital. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sallie Virginia Luke Gray, and a son, Alfred E. Gray Jr., Albany, Ga. Prather Funeral Home.
