Mr. Hook, a retired foreman at the American Art Works, worked at the plant for 50 years. He was born Aug. 22, 1865 in Bethlehem twp. a son of Isaac & Kezia Burrell Hook.He was married Jan 8, 1890, to the former Lillian Stipes, who died in 1936.
Mr. Hook was a member of the Calvary Methodist church and the Modern Woodsmen Lodge.
Surviving are fire sons, Albert, Rollin and Clyde, all of Coshocton, Carl, of Cuyahoga Falls and Ralph, of Jackson Michigan; a sister, Mrs. Ira Hoagland, Iroquis Ill; six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.Four brothers and four sisters are deceased.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Dawson Funeral Home in charge of Rev. Richard Forsythe. Burial will be in South Lawn Cemetery.
