ARTHUR JOSEPH AYOTTE

Arthur J. Ayotte, age 72, of 703 East Linden Ave. Manitowoc, died early Saturday
morning, May 24, 2003 at a Green Bay Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at Sacred
Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. Dave Hoffman will celebrate the Mass of Christian
Burial with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Art was born Nov. 22, 1930 at Brillion, son of Margaret Wittman Ayotte and the
late Edgar Ayotte. On March 31, 1951 he was married to the former Joyce Zipperer
at St. Michael Catholic Church in Whitelaw. Art was employed by the Whitehouse
Milk Co. retiring from Manitowoc Engineering Co. in 1993. He worked part time for
Staudt Small Engine Service in Two Rivers after his retirement. He was a member
of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Manitowoc Lions Club. Art enjoyed fishing,
hunting and fixing toys for his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife: Joyce of Manitowoc; his mother: Margaret Fischer of
Manitowoc; four sons and five daughters in law: Al and Kathy Ayotte of Manitowoc;
Tom and Cory Ayotte of Valders; Randy and Cindy Ayotte of Manitowoc; Mike and
Kathy Ayotte of Manitowoc; Bobbie Jo Ayotte of Green Bay; three daughters and two
sons in law: Carrie and Tom Polzin of Two Rivers; Peggy and Lee Glaeser of Newton;
Vicki Ayotte of Two Rivers; 16 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; one brother
and sister in law: John and Kathy Fischer of Manitowoc; four sisters and brothers
in law: Dolly and Earl Kasbaum of Manitowoc; Audrey and Fritz Behnke of Manitowoc;
Jenny and Dale Fleml of Two Rivers; Ginger and Ralph Wagner of Manitowoc; five
brothers in law and five sisters in law: Audrey and Kenny Larson of Cato; Bob and
Nancy Zipperer of Manitowoc; Janet and Ron Christel of Valders; Nancy and Bob
Alexander of Green Bay; Jane and Pat Stedl of Green Bay; nieces, nephews other
relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his father: Edgar; one
son: Todd in 1997; and Arnold Fischer.
Relatives and friends may call at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of
Manitowoc, on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. There will be a parish prayer service on
Tuesday evening at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m.
A (Private Family Only) visitation will be on Wednesday from 9 until 10 a.m. at
the funeral home.
The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Manitowoc, 818 State St., is serving
the Ayotte family.
