Mrs. Alois (Evelyn, nee Stefanik) Ashenbrenner, 64, of 510 E. Reed Avenue, Manitowoc, died early Sunday morning, July 20, 1986, at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 12 noon Tuesday at Harrigan-Parkside Funeral Home and 12:30 pm at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Leo J. Schmitt with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Ashenbrenner was born September 28, 1921 at Hermansville, Michigan, daughter of the late Casimir and Savina Porubcansky Stefanik. She attended Manitowoc School System. Mrs. Ashenbrenner was a graduate of Lincoln High
School, graduating with the Class of 1939. She was employed as a Clerk with Hamilton Industries of Two Rivers from 1965 until her retirement in 1973. She married Alois W. Ashenbrenner on August 24, 1940 at Holy Innocents Catholic Church.
Survivors [names withheld per findagrave policy] include her husband, Alois; three daughters and two sons-in-law; a brother and sister-in-law; two sisters and brothers-in-law,; 10 grandchildren, a great grandchild, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by a brother and four sisters.
