James C. Aschenbrenner, age 40, of 2350 South 23rd St., Manitowoc, died
unexpectedly Saturday, April 25, 1998, at his residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 29, 1998, at First
German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. Rev. Bruce Bitter will officiate,
with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
James was born June 28, 1957, in Manitowoc, son of Edward Aschenbrenner and
the late Arline L. Meisner Aschenbrenner. He grew up and was educated in
Manitowoc, attending Lincoln High School. He was employed at Foster Needle
Company for the past 14 years. He was a member of First German Evangelical
Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his father, Edward Aschenbrenner, Manitowoc; one son, Jay
Aschenbrenner, Manitowoc; significant other, Char Doxtator and her children,
Jerance Farmer and Stefanie Farmer; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Karen
and Rusel Amatangelo, Manitowoc, and Dorothy Martin, Phoenix, Ariz.; one
brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Donna Aschenbrenner, Manitowoc; two nephews,
Matthew Richardson and Christopher Martin; and other relatives and friends. He
was preceded in death by his mother, Arline Aschenbrenner.
Relatives and friends may call at Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home,
Manitowoc, from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, and on Wednesday at the church from 10 a.m.
until the time of services.
