DOROTHY ASCHENBRENNER

Mrs. Henry (Dorothy) Aschenbrenner, 90, of 508 Buffalo St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Norval W. Kock will officiate with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Aschenbrenner, nee Dorothy Altergott, was born April 19, 1886, in Russia, daughter of the late Godfried and Dorothy Borgart Altergott. She was married to Henry Aschenbrenner in 1905 in Russia and came to the United States with her husband in 1907, settling at Cleveland, Ohio, later moving to Manitowoc in 1916. He preceded her in death in 1947. Mrs. Aschenbrenner was a member of First German Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a son and two daughters-in-law, Edward and Arline Aschenbrenner and Mrs. Emma Aschenbrenner, and a sister, Mrs. Casper (Gerrtrude) Seibel of Manitowoc, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives. Three sons, Godfrey, Henry Jr. and Peter, three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the church from noon until the time of service.
