Carmen Artz, age 97, who resided with her beloved brother and friend Harry
Walter at 645 S. 31st St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday morning at her brothers
residence. Private funeral services for the family will be at 11 a.m. Thursday
at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. David
Rosenow and the Rev. Bruce Bitter. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Carmen was born Oct. 7, 1905 in Manitowoc. She was the daughter of the late
Charles and Helene Miller Walter. She is survived by her daughter: Kay (Timothy)
Mosher, Manitowoc; one brother: Harry Walter, Manitowoc; two grandsons: Jason
Ruff and Jonathan Ruff; two great-grandchildren: Morgan and Sterling Ruff, along
with other relatives and friends surviving.
The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 628 N. Water St.,
Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
