JOSEPHINE ARMSTRONG

Josephine Armstrong, 84, a Manitowoc resident, died Wednesday in Family Heritage Home, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Friday in Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Joseph Mattern will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Armstrong, nee Josephine Wagner was born Jan. 14, 1894 in the Town of Gibson, daughter of the late Matt and Mary Schneider Wagner. She was married to John Armstrong in 1915 in St. Boniface Church, moving to Denmark where they resided a short time then returning to Manitowoc where she resided since Mr. Armstrong preceded her in death Jan. 7, 1950.
Survivors include three sons, Leo and George of Two Rivers and John of Racine; a daughter, Mrs. Norman (Loretta) Myers of Manitowoc, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A son, Bernard was killed in action in World War II.
Friends may call in Pfeffer Funeral Home 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock this Thursday evening.
