JANE B. (BRANDT) ALLGER

Jane B. Allger, age 83, of 1823 Fairmont St., Manitowoc, died Saturday, March 12,
2005 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at the Jens Family Funeral
Home on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at 4 p.m. The Rev. Chris Schwab will officiate.
Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Jane was born Jan. 6, 1922 at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Charles and Carrie
Bolz Brandt. Jane attended schools in Manitowoc, and graduated with the class of
1938 from Lincoln High School, Manitowoc. On Aug. 12, 1942, Jane married James
Allger at Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on July 6, 1999.
Survivors include one son: Charles Allger, Madison; three daughters and two sons-
in-law: Lynn and Randel Wodarz, Madison; Cynthia Allger, San Francisco, Calif.;
Jean and Ken Fines, Virginia; one grandchild; Yael Sumberg, Madison; nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Besides her parents and husband
James, Jane was preceded in death by one brother: Everett Brandt; two sisters and
brothers-in-law: Lucille and Ladimer Titera and Helene and Clyde Christiansen.
Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 from 4 until 6 p.m. at
the Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory, Manitowoc.
A memorial has been established in her name.
