LLOYD A. ALLEN
Lloyd A. Allen, 65, of 940 N. Eighth St., Manitowoc, died Monday at Memorial
Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Glenn Unke will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc. Military graveside rites will be by the V.F.W.
Post No. 659.
Mr. Allen was born Feb. 8, 1908, at Broadland, Ill., son of the late Albert and
Gertrude Harvey Allen.
He served as a corporal in the Coast Artillery from June 5, 1935, to May 13,
1938.
He married Lillian Ladwig in 1942 at Manitowoc and residing in the city.
He was formerly employed at Imperial Eastman Corp. He was a deputy sheriff for
many years. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post No. 659.
