FREDERICA ALLEN (d. 1939)
Mrs. Fredricka Allen, 77, died last night at the home of her son-in-law and
daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Cyril J. Peashek, of 708 St. Clair street, with whom
she resided. She had been ill several months.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m., from the Frazier mortuary
chapel, in charge of the Rev. L.H. Koeninger of the First German Evangelical
Lutheran church. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery. Services will be private
and friends are asked to omit flowers.
Mrs. Allen, nee Fredricka Rusboldt, was born in Germany and came to Manitowoc
with her parents when a girl. She was married here 45 years ago to Luhman E.
Allen and they made their home here. Mr. Allen died in 1920.
Survivors are a son, Fred, of Denver, Colo.; two daughters, Mrs. Cyril Peashek,
city and Mrs. G.S. Giles, of Chicago; and a sister, Mrs. charles Stahl, city.
The body is at the funeral home.
