Ruth LaFollette, age 86, of Knoxville, departed this life Saturday January 19, 2002 at Sevier County Health Care Center. She was a member of Dripping Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, George R. LaFollette, brothers Otha, Herbert, Conard and Henry Allen, sisters, Mable Finchum, and Geneva Ball, mother and father Kate Ailey Allen and James Allen.

Funeral Service 7PM Sunday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. John Hitch officiating. Interment 10AM Monday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Sunday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
