Dellie L (Isley) (Wischmeyer) Price age 98 went home to be with the Lord and her loved ones on November 11, 2011.
Dellie was born November 12, 1912 in Silver Lake, Indiana to Otis and Clara (Rhodes) Isley. She married Walter Wischmeyer on April 8, 1931 in Mishawaka, Indiana. They had two children, Wade and Donna Mae. they resided in Mt. Pleasant for many years, and moved to Weidman later in life. Walter preceded her in death.
Dellie was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church in Shepherd. She is remembered for her feisty spirit, fierce tenacity and having her glass of Rose wine daily.
Dellie is survived by her daughter-in-law Judy Wischmeyer of Alma, her Grandchildren Kelli, Carrie, Heidi, Martin, Cynthia, Stephen, Patricia, Diane, and 11 Geat Grandchildren.
Dellie was preceded in death by her husband's Walter Wischmeyer, and James Price; her children Wade in August 13, 1998 and Donna Mae July 11, 1999; her sisters Opal Zimmer March 7, 1981, and Nellie Amacher October 29, 1992.
Dellie has chosen to be cremated and her place of interment will be in St. Vincent DePaul cemetery in Shepherd. Services will be held at a later date. The Berry Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
