Finis W. McWilliams, Marceline, died after a long illness, on Feb. 13, at St. Francis Hospital.
Services were Sunday at 2 p.m. at Miller-Tillotson Funeral Home with the Rev. John Gooding officiating. Burial was in the Bucklin Masonic Cemetery.
He was the son of Dr. J. A. McWilliams and Mrs. Mary Virginia (Byars) McWilliams, Bucklin. He was born in Novelty, Mo., Jan 27, 1898.
Mr. McWilliams is survived by four brothers, Byars, Marceline, Roy, Gallatin, Joe, St. Catharine; and Frank, Bucklin; one sister, Mrs. Mary Ellen Albright, Ottumwa, Iowa; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. J. P. McWilliams, Bucklin, Mrs. C.M. McWilliams, Jackson; two nieces, Mary Lou McWilliams, Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. Robert (Jean) Crane, Elmhurst, Ill.; three nephews, Tommy McWilliams, Gallatin, Bill McWilliams, Shelbina, and Donald Albright, Fresno, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant brothers, one infant sister, and brothers, James McWilliams and C.M. McWilliams.
Mr. McWilliams spent fifty years in Marceline as a barber and insurance agent. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
