Mrs. Albert Neuman, 83, of Shady Lane Home, Manitowoc, died Monday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a brief illness.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Robert Sawall will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Neuman, the former Martha J. Weber, was born April 20, 1884, at Gillett, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. August Weber. She was married to Albert Neuman in May, 1906, at Gillett. The couple located there after marriage, later moved to Green Bay and in 1926 moved to Manitowoc. Her husband preceded her in death in 1952.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Bernard Freimuth, of Sheboygan, Mrs. Earl Luisier and Mrs. William Kirkoff, of Manitowoc and Mrs. Gordon Ziarnik, of Clarks Lake; two brothers, Herman, of Manitowoc and Carl, of Gillett; a sister, Mrs. Alma Neuman, of Gillett; three step-sisters, Mrs. Theresa Wandrey, of Manitowoc, Mrs. Tillie McKone, of Milwaukee and Mrs. Clarence Knaack, of Gillett; two step-brothers, John Ladwig and Herbert Weber, of Gillett; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
