Ima Joyce Rhodes of Bridgeport, Connecticut, died early Friday morning at Bridgeport General Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was 39. Miss Rhodes was a clerk accountant and a member of the bridgeport Church of Christ.
She leaves her mother, Mrs. Francis Rhodes of Bridgeport; one brother, Paul D. Rhodes of Gretna, Louisiana; and one sister, Mrs. R. D. McClure of Nashville.
Services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Doug Murphy Chapel with the Bro. Charles Houser of Fulton, Kentucky, Church of Christ officiating. Burial was in the East Side Cemetery with Doug Murphy Funeral Home in charge.
