Charlie Vernon Keith, Sr., 75, of Parrott Street in Columbia died Friday, September 1, 2006 at 6 p.m. at the local hospital ER. He was a son of the late Loren and Pearl Bradshaw Keith and ws a retired logger.
Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, September 4, at Grissom Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Sneed Keith, by a grandchild Christopher Wayne Keith, and by a great grandchild Kendra Leeann Pennington.
Survivors include:
Three sons: Vernon, Jr., and his wife Rachel Keith; Harlan and his wife Dana Jessie; Chris and his wife Jerica Keith, all of Columbia
Four daughters: Dorslen and her husband Joe Kean; Beverly and her husband Jerry Pennington; Roslin Irvin; Angela and her husband Jeff Blankenship, all of Columbia.
One brother, Robert Keith of Russell Springs
