Lovena Jones, 84, of 8704 W. County Road 510 S., died at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, in Lafayette Home Hospital, where she had been a patient since April 29. She was born Sept. 30, 1910, in Huntington, and had been a resident of West Point most of her life. She was the office manager for Dr. Raymond Calvert and Dr. Carl Trout from 1946 until her retirement in 1975. She was a veteran of the Army during World War II, reaching the rank of staff sergeant.
