Named heirs are:
his wife Abigail;
his son, Samuel Williams;
his son, Seth Williams;
his son Noah, if he be living, and if he returns to Taunton within 3 years of his [Samuel's] death, and if Noah "be not living or don't" return to Taunton in that time, then his bequest shall go to his grandson, Noah's son, Noah Williams;
his daughter, Hannah Hall;
and the surviving children of his late daughter, Abigail King;
three daughters (of Samuel),
Prudance White,
Anne Snell,
and Kathrine Earll;
and his granddaughter, Bethiah Williams.

As a token of filial affection this monument was erected by their bereaved son Seth Williams Esq. A Dimini 1781.
