Birthplace is most likely Arkansas. His family lived there.

The story as told and is now written (1974). He was blocking a well when the bucket of rocks fell in on him and killed him.
His brother who was about 12 was sent on the train as their representative for his funeral. It was told that he was "scared to death" to be alone on this trip.

I have no other information. No marker. No known grave site. Only that he is buried here. I remember that he was young maybe in his late teens or early 20's, but I was just a kid so I really can't rely on my memory.

Any information is helpful.

Thanks
