Her first marriage was to Will Morehead, a train conductor who died in 1926 - then to Charles Johnson of 209 E. 40th St., New York City. In a letter to her sister Fanny, she writes of her Baby Jean - however in her obituary no child was noted. She died in New York and was buried in Quitman next to her first husband, W. Morehead. Three of the Bryan girls died in the 1930's - Hattie in 1931, Clara in 1934 and Mattie in 1936.
