Mrs. Michael E. Bashore
Rehrersburg, Feb. 13 - Mary C.
(Weiant) Bashore, 60, wife of
Michael E. Bashore, died yester-
day at her home along Bethel R.D.
1.
Born in Bethel Township, a
daughter of the late Samuel and
Mary (Field) Weiant, Mrs. Ba-
shore was a member of Little
Swatara Church of the Brethren
and its Sunday school.
In addition to her husband, she
is survived by five sons: Frank
W., of Fredericksburg R.D. 1;
Harry W., Samuel W., and Ray
W., all of Bethel R.D. 1, and Na-
than W., of Annville R. D. 1.
Two daughters: Edna M., wife
of Isaac Fidler, and Mary C., wife
of Elmer Kline, both of Bethel
R.D. 1; 29 grandchildren, and
two great-granchildren.
Also a brother, Harry D., of
Palmetto Trailer Park, Florida,
and two sisters: Mrs. Ella Mc-
Allister, Lebanon, and Mrs. Alice
Riegel, Richland R.D. 1.
Services will be held Thursday
at 1:30 p.m. in the Schucker
Funeral Home here, with further
services scheduled in Merkey's
Chrch of the Brethren, Bethel.
The Rev. Jacob Merkey, the
Rev. George Snyder and the Rev.
Conway Bennett will officiate at
the rites, to be followed by burial
in Merkey's Cemetery.
