C.J. Reagin, age 91, died Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Quality Health of Fernandina.
Mr. Reagin was born August 16, 1921 in Jeff Davis County to the late Coley C. Reagin and the late Addie Jones Reagin. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving during World War II. He was a retired Sales Manager with Tex Gas and member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanelle Lord Reagin, sister, Louise Faulk; brother, Coley Reagin, Jr. and grandson, Hunter Thigpen.
Survivors include Daughter, Nelda Thigpen of Yulee; Grandchildren, Gayla (Joe) Usina of Yulee, Robin(Valerie)Thigpen of Jacksonville and Charles Thigpen of Yulee; 9 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren; Sister, Helen Wommack of Jesup; Brother, Raymond Reagin of Inverness and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday evening from 6-8pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Rev. Dewitt Corbin officiating. Interment will follow in the Hazlehurst City Cemetery.
