Infant bennington was born April 29 , 1918 to Conley Marks Bennington and Ella S. Slemp Bennington. At that time his family was renting a house in Rock Port and his father worked for the city. He died May ,22 1918 at the age of 24 days. Even at a nearly a month of age his parents had still not named him showing how common death in infancy was back then.
