Please take a moment to view all of Jeff's new pictures, thank you. We would like to thank everyone who has left flowers here for Jeff, he would be so tickled. "Thank You". Heaven
A few people have wondered how Jeff died and that's ok. Jeff had just gotten off the school bus and was checking our mailbox when a young lady struck him with her car. A machine kept Jeff breathing for 24 hours then was taken off. He never awoke from the time he was hit and the doctors said that he would never live. This is how our angel went to heaven.

Poem
This poem was wrote by Jeff's 1/2 sister Shay in his memory and printed in The Compassionate Friends Nov. 2005 newsletter.
Butterfly
I've earned my wings
I'm ready to fly
So show me the light
And give me the sky
You want me to stay
But time won't allow
Still I'll remain
In your lives somehow
Just call my name
Or laugh out loud
Look for a rainbow
Or smile at the clouds
Don't look too hard
For my face you won't see
But know in your heart
Right there I'll be.

Jeff's Ladybug Story
As some of you know I like to leave your love ones a ladybug. But what you dont know is why ladybugs. To me this is a sign from Jeff ( and rainbows ). Here is Jeff's ladybug story.
Like most little boys Jeff loved to catch bugs and put them in a jar, but he would always let them go after looking at them up close. One day when Jeff was about 5 we were in our back yard looking for ladybugs. Jeff had found a few and had one in each of his hands. His dad and I found a nest of ladybugs under a wooden swing seat. " Jeff come look we found a whole nest of ladybugs ". His eyes got big as saucers like as if he just saw Santa Claus. He was so excited that as he came running he didnt think about what he was doing and couldn't think what to do about the ladybugs in his hands. Without thinking he popped a ladybug in his mouth to have room in one of his hands. " Jeff you just stuck a ladybug in your mouth ". With that said he spit the ladybug out of his mouth in such a way it looked liked a cartoon. That poor ladybug came flying out of his mouth so fast that it looked like one of the toy guns that a flag pops out of the end fast. The look on Jeffs face was so funny and cute at the same time. But in the end the ladybug lived and he got more ladybugs to look at. So when I'm down or when I see a ladybug I think of Jeff and his ladybugs and I have to laugh or smile. Now when I see a ladybug I think it's a sign from Jeff saying " It's ok to laugh Mom ". In 2002 I had a ladybug tatoo tatooed on my left hand between my thumb and pointer finger, like it's crawling out of my hand ( not flying out of my mouth ).
