Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. Tuesday at the Moore and Brown Funeral Chapel, Rossville, for Ira P. Yundt, 86 of Ockley, who died Saturday afternoon, Feb. 15, in the Fix Nursing Home, Delphi, where he had been staying since last month. Burial was in the Fair Haven cemetery.
A native of Tippecanoe county, he was married in 1918 to the former Caroline Troxel, who died October 13, 1963. He was a retired farmer and at one time operated a vulcanizing shop.
A resident of the Ockley community since 1937, Mr. Yundt is survived by a sister, Mrs. Mabel Reichart of Mulberry. A sister, Mrs. Oliver Wetzel, preceded him in death.
