St. Martinville - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 16, 2005, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville for Lunez Marie Blanchard, 93, who died Thursday, April 14, 2005 at Lafayette General Medical Center.
Interment will be in St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville.
Survivors include her daughter, Geraldine T. Girouard of Broussard; her brother, Howard Blanchard of St. Martinville; five grandchildren, Kathy H. Moses, Troy A. Bourque, Monica Lynn B. Thompson, Blair T. Bourque, and Keri B. Freeman; eleven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Anaise Latiolais Blanchard; her brothers, Robin, Eulgere, and Euclide Blanchard; her sisters, Lelia B. Boutte, Regina B. Laviolette, Mazel and Evelyn Blanchard; and her grandchild, Gregory P. Bourque.
