Mrs. Palmer was born Sept. 14, 1869, at Harris, the daughter of the late James F. and Mary A. Hornbeck Prince. She married Herbert Palmer on Nov. 20, 1889 in Harris.
She formerly lived in Bainbridge, and came to Liberty last July.
She was a member of the Middletown Tent of the Maccabees, and belonged to the Methodist Church of Monticello.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Helen Belton, of Sidney, and Mrs. Flora Silveus of Monticello; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at Ramsay's Funeral Home, Liberty, with burial in the Harris Cemetery. The Rev. Arthur Smith of Green officiated.
