Charles City — Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p. m. at the Hauser funeral home for Mrs. C. J. Elliot, 70, a resident of Floyd township, two and a half miles south of Floyd, who died Saturday morning at the Cedar Valley Hospital here, where she had been a patient six days.
She had bean a resident of the community for nine years; burial in Rockford Cemetery.
Born Katie A. Milloy, at Nora Springs, Iowa, July 11, 1874, the daughter of Daniel and Grace (Sinclair) Milloy.
On July 18, 1896, she was married to Charles J. Elliot, near Rockford.
Three daughters were born to their union, all of whom with their father survive; Mrs. H. S. Neale, Northwood; Mrs. Clark Anderson, Floyd; and Mrs. Lawrence Anderson, Floyd: 12 grandchildren; two brothers, Alex Milloy, Bell Flower, California, and Duncan Milloy, Rockford.
